Disabling Driver Signature Verification in Windows 8.1

  1. Press Win + C button to open the charms bar.
  2. Click Change PC Settings 
  3. Click Recovery in left hand side
  4. Below Advanced Startup click restart now.
  5. The PC will now show a blue screen with some options. Click Troubleshoot.
  6. Then Advanced Options.
  7. Then Startup Settings.
  8. Then click Restart.
  9. Now PC will restart and now it will show some options.
  10. Click 7 to disable Driver Signature Verification. And now PC will boot into Windows.

Now just try to re-install as shown above and now you have VCOM Drivers Installed!
